North Central Kansas
In my area it is more the acres that were not planted. A lot of soybean acres were not harvested until November. In fact there are still full season beans to harvest in North Central Kansas. I know of farmers that have very little if any wheat planted. Not talking small farmers. 1-2,000 acre + farmers. The ground never was good enough to plant. Maybe it is just a small area. I think a lot of Kansas had issues.
