I have to think that spraying test plots with a back pack sprayer, and spending days or months in an area that was aerial sprayed with AO, are two different levels of exposure. I'm going to go out on a limb and guess the airforce wasn't really 'accurate' in their application methods either... where as a test plot would be relatively accurate in application.
What are the whole truths about Agent Orange used in Vietnam?
