Ha, staple every day is scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon or sausage.
Always two fresh fruits then also a bread of some type. I mix it up
with either, toast,cereal,pancakes,waffles, oatmeal or coco wheats.
His choice on the drink. Chocolate milk or OJ.
All from scratch :)
Balance and variety.
No pop tart and out the door around here :)
You're doing better than me on the variety. I got started making myself bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on toast a while back. Now its the standard breakfast for me and the boys, my daughter has an egg sandwich once in a while. Nice having all three around again until the middle son goes back to college. |
