Central Iowa | It is a #27 plow. The chain that is hanging in the front is supposed to be hooked in the slot on the plow. That way when you pull the rope the plow comes up high enough so the back does not drag the ground. This also is pretty handy when you want to back the plow up. I have one of these that I pull with my Massey Harris Twin Power Challenger and my Unstyled John Deere A. It is really a good plow.
