I can’t answer for you but for me if I’m in doubt I’ll replace anything that looks like potential problems during harvest ahead of time. If the sprockets are cupped like you’re saying they would get replaced by me now including new bearings and chains. I hate being broke down during harvest.


^^^^^^^^^^ X100. I've probably been guilty over the years of replacing some combine parts before they are worn out. But, I'm in Marks camp. I positively HATE inseason breakdowns.
