Had it for about 18 months up until this past August. Used it a couple times for ER visits. They paid everything they were supposed to but we didn't get reimbursed for 5-6 months rather than the 2-3 months they claim. Always claimed they were backlogged. That did make me a bit nervous especially if we would have had a major bill like an accident or cancer.
