There is no divorce yet. Lots of money spent building all this new from bottom up. His dad just bought a farm a few months ago for $11,800 to the east. His dad also just tried selling another farm a few miles north and no bids at $6250 just late last week.
The sellers also just sold a farm last year to the north a few miles. Too many provisions on this farm to anyone. I wouldn't touch it for half price. Too many open ended things. This farm and equipment will be sold to highest bidder though. A lot of money owed here.
