How much is the liability insurance for a commercial NH3 storage and fill facility? If someone fails to check a pop off valve expiration date and you fill it without checking and it fails is it all on the owner? If they leave a valve on and someone starts filling it and gets burned is that all on the tank owner? If something fails on storage tank and the driver filling the tank gets burned I assume that’s on the storage tank owner? How much does it cost to get tank certified? How much does it cost to get yourself and any employees certified? How much does a scale or metering system cost? How much for an employee to fill tanks, someone to keep track of tank volume, order product and to keep track of whose tank is filled, when it’s filled and bill out to customers. Could think of hundred more questions and concerns. I wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole.
