If you follow Northern Tractor and Implement on Facebook, you will see some good deals (currently one listed for $6,500). I have dealt with Brent and he treated me right.
I don't have any experience with Deere guidance, but I'll also vouch for Brent at Northern Tractor and Implement. Super good guy to deal with.
