Its not just the cow its the labor and equipment involved. Robotic milkers? How much labor did that cut out, 50%? Maybe more. 1 grain farmer used to cover 2-300acres a year. Equipment keeps getting bigger and more efficient now 1000-1500/person isnt uncommon.
