We re lined the auger (we lined the fountain auger before we used the machine the 1st time) and put the liner in the tube. The flighting was getting thin on the 26' horizontal. We put new splines in and had all 3 augers balanced. Also rebuilt the 90 deg gear box and replaced, 3 hanger bearings and lined them with Lundell. Surprised how smooth and quiet the unload ran. Something else interesting was the auger all but completely quit dribbling corn after you emptied and shut off the unload off.

Also if you are warn enough to line, make sure to check the drive pins on the auger and the lugs on the drive hub. We had to build up both and grind smooth
