Yes. DB 60's can, too. As well as an 88 on the right trailer.
Do you have more info on that trailer? Never seen a trailer that moves only one axle back like that. All the trombone (extendable) trailers I have ever seen the bed extends. The axle group stays solid. Like the one in picture I posted.
The trailers with axles back that far have a pivot for steering. Second picture.
