I'm not sure why we don't see more of these guys.. but De Long loads Shipping Containers for the return trip back to Asia.. and these exports are "unconventional" in that you some times have to look at Census data to see them.

The DeLong Co. is the #1 U.S. exporter of containerized agricultural exports, according to the 2016 Journal of Commerce export rankings. The company ranked #5 overall in total U.S. container exports for 2016.

 Between these guys and the late harvest as well as closer to the Mississippi and St Louis.. Soybean Basis has been firmer in the eastern part of the state all fall.

That said.. I'm looking at cutting 2019 soybean acreage in half.
