Central PA | I believe that this was one of the first units that Interseeder Technologies made using a toolbar and air seeder. The row units should be the same as their box drills. Check them out http://www.interseedertech.com They could probably get you in touch with the farmer that put this one together and they might sell you the row units if that's all you wanted.
The box drills allow you to add additional row units to make it a "regular" drill. I'm guessing you could do the same if you have enough weight to get them in the ground.
