I take 5000 units a day. Have been on it for 3-4 years. Blood test showed I was massively low. Started out on a few weeks of 50,000 unit pills then went down to 5,000 a day. Doc asked what I did for a living and I told him I farmed and he really started digging into my test results to find out my problem.
Anyone have low Vitamin D?
