I don't agree with the payment (I took my check) but I don't see how they can back out now without having a lot of PO'd farmers.  Especially when he was asked directly about it (Sonny).  I know us farmers don't amount to a hill of beans but you can't say you are going to do something and not do it and expect to have any credibility going forward.  Anyways, ANYTHING is possible but I just don't see backing out on the 2nd 1/2 as an option.

For the bump.  As it stands, the overnight has been somewhat "quiet".  Time will tell but my gut tells me regardless of market action the payment will stay.  Maybe... just maybe.... if it lock limits up a few days in a row will they pull the payment but I think the chance of me being an astronaut are a little higher.
