That laptop looks like a good deal for the money and will handle FS19 just fine! One problem to consider with a laptop is that it can easily be broken by dropping it, tearing on the power cord, breaking the hinges,... My kids (14 and 10) start to abandon gaming consoles and prefer desktop or laptop. You'll know how your kids handle their electronic toys and make up the right decision.
