Strathcona, mn | It is about 30 miles south of me. I don’t know much detail now but I’m sure I’ll will here more in the near future. The Grygla land would be better than the land east near fourtown. Price, not sure.... 2000-3500 on improved stuff depending on tile and lift stations. Four town stuff 600-1500 depending on how much is tillable. Rough guess. Not sure if it is this ground but there were a lot of beans left around the fourtown area last winter. We sure can have our challenges this far north.
