I know someone very well (my wife) who works in the FSA office and they say that we farmers hear all the rumors long before they are told anything as far as whats going on but the official word is that there is no promise that we will get the second half of the MFP pmt until after Dec. 3. Then the official word will be out. Anything posted or tweeted or otherwise is just a rumor.
