Yes, it does have the ability to output a radar pulse, but I'm not sure about raw NMEA.

Edit:--Just like an FMD, you can output raw NMEA throught the NAV II controller.  So...yes it will, but only if it's connected to an AutoPilot.

It will output radar pulse as a stand-alone monitor/receiver.
