| So the Gulf is bidding $6.53 and yet Rail Shipments are down.. yoy.. Looks like the Commercials are Sitting on it at the Terminals.. Again due to the VSR?
There is not as much wheat out in the Country as last year.. If the commercials are sitting because:
a) they don't want to pay the fuel surcharge? b) they need more high pro to blend off their junk.. c) they are waiting on farmer selling to bail them out.. d) they can make more collecting the carry vs selling it e) all of the above.
They might as well get on with it.. because most of the wheat from the country has already shipped, Personally I'm sitting on half the stocks I had a year ago.. and some of my neighbors are out.
2019 Prospects in the fields looks like were gonna go back and restest the highs..
