Yes it matters. It shows an agenda in the usda when the cost farmers millions of dollars stating record yield only to drop it 6-7 bushels in to the final report. When the finally do come down to reality the offset it with mystery found corn stocks overseas. This year was a joke in the usda. I think we get an ethical private firm to judge the yields after this year.




Yes, it most definitely matters, and it matters a great deal. And for every MN farmer that can tell me they had the best crop ever I have ten farmers that will tell you this year was nowhere near as good as last year.
