BACK UP ALL YOUR PERSONAL DATA, PHOTOS, ETC BEFORE YOU TRY THIS - EVERYTHING will be erased doing these procedures.
The best way is to format the hard drive and re-install Windows 10, directly from Micro$oft. That way you will get a clean, no-nonsense install. Because your laptop already has Win 10, your computer is guaranteed for it's lifetime to have Windows 10...it's "entitled". Thus, Micro$oft keeps track of your license numbers, so you don't need to write it down.
Simply create a "Windows Media Creation" tool - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/15088/windows-10-create-ins...
From there, you can re-install Win 10.
