I’ve found it easier to smoke on my pellet grill when it’s cold outside so long as it’s out of the wind. I find myself fighting to keep it cool enough on hot days than trying to keep it warm on cold days. I’ve smoked some ribs in July that were a disaster and don’t have any trouble in april or October
