NEIA | With the part of Iowa you are in I would think you could possibly haul livestock for a couple years or like another said grain for an elevator without driving school. Livestock is weird hours but close to home . Would have to have patience to "scare" the pigs out of trailers at the packer plant and be somewhat physically fit to help load/unload.
Edit: I have a friend that once claimed one of his drivers makes 80-100000 annually hauling hogs for him but also says this driver takes every load he can do so he probably "lives" in his truck to make that kind of money.
