| At least three boat loads had to wait a few weeks to a couple of months but eventually they all paid the tariffs and were permitted to offload. You can see it quite clearly in the FAS export data, 66,000 tonnes one month, 70,000 tonnes the next, etc.
What that chart failed to point out was that US soy exports normally fall off in the spring & summer months anyhow but that would have spoiled the point.
