Charge pressure varies by temperature, there’s a chart somewhere. 130psi is about average. The new ones don’t have a regular valve and require a special tool so you can’t check or charge them yourself. Problem with checking them is that there’s so little volume that the second you put a gauge on it you’ve lost enough pressure to require a recharge. I just take them to the dealer once a year.
