NC ND | GE bought out the company my brother worked at. Started making the engineers spend their time on 6 Sigma projects and put in a boss that was very good at hitting the 6 Sigma points to advance, but knew nothing about the very specialized work they did. All the engineers quit, started their own company, took back the old customers. In the end GE paid alot of money for some old guys who were to old to do the field work that originally built the company. | |
