NW Tennessee | Never had to run on ground frozen hard enough to hold combine up, so I have zero experience with that. I’m sure it is rough and hard on equipment. But as wet as it was, looking at the ruts we cut on the last farm, and knowing what we have to look forward to on another, that frozen ground looks like it could have it’s advantages. Not to mention on this low, wet ground, it may be next May or June before it will be dry enough to get the ruts worked down. | |
