92 was miserably wet like this.
Mid 90s we sandbagged the river to save houses and business twice from heavy snowmelt.
2012 was real wet spring and then second driest year in my life after 88.
In general there appears to be a 28 year weather cycle, you’ll find the real dry years follow that pattern within a couple years. The good years are in next to that, with goofy wet stuff (in my location) the rest of the time.
