Sounds like you are fighting multiple/different issues.

First, what display are you using, I will assume a FM750 or FM1000 as it is asking for newer firmware in the NavII. To update the NAV you will need flashloader 200 and a serial cable to connect to the diagnostics port on the nav. If it is a 750 the latest firmware is 7.76 and for the FM1000 it is 10.13 for the NAV it is 13.1 or somewhere about that. Does it show it off the line on the screen or is it an offset issue?

SBAS is WAAS which a free correction source provided by the FFA, autonomous should not let you steer at all as that is uncorrected GPS that could be off by 10 meters or more. RTK not having reception could be a broken antenna or it has fallen over, could be a bad antenna base or cable. On the info screen there are a couple of things to look at. Do you have good GPS, 8 or more satellites, and is the DOP lower than 2. For RTK does it show that you are receiving any CMR packets, the percentage should be very close to 100%. Are you on the correct channel?

As for the steering, when it is steering offline does the screen show that it is on the line, or at least within a few inches? When it is off the commanded line does it try to steer back to the line or just kind of wander off without steering? If it just wanders off it could be a valve problem. If it is off line just one direction and the screen shows it in the correct position you have an offset issue or a roll cal problem.
