What you use to wash your hands can make a lot of difference. Lava soap has a skin conditioner in it that really helps my hands. The lava doesn't seem to be as good at getting hands clean as it used to be years ago but it really helps my hands. Using nitrile gloves helps when doing jobs that I get in diesel, gas, used oil and other farm chemicals. O'Keeffe's Working hands is a good product.
