I have a Lincoln lever lock coupler that is my "go to", have it on a Milwalkee 18v gun. It's the only coupler that I have found that works on metric & sae zerks. FWIW, metric zerks have a smaller ball tip. Have had a couple "lock n lubes" but they pale compared to the Lincoln. For tight places I have a rubber hose that has a zerk on one end & a regular 3 jaw coupler on the other that I put on the locking coupler. Not too particular about the 3 jaw as I don't use it that much but seem to have the best luck with Lincolns or NAPA brand.

You could also try a 4 jaw coupler but they are usually bigger than a 3 jaw.
