Take the phone away, Vehicle keys etc etc whatever it takes. There is nothing wrong with Punishment. If u got cattle around make him pitch **** with a pitch fork to earn his things back. It's going to be X amount of hours per item to get it back. The crapiest jobs you can find.
Now if this is about him speeding, or Racing his vehicle I would say those are pretty normal Teenage things. Dont ask me how I know ;) ;) Still doesn't make it right though LOL Sometime you just gotta Let er Buck!
