Do you have auto swath turned on? Or your over lap setting on sever?
If your satellite receiver is offset or because your using wass correction and things not set right for your install, it will make the swath width different because of adjusting for over lap causing yield difference like that.
I've seen this especially when harvesting narrow rows.
