Yes seen it change today. Yesterday was told they will reject anything over 15% and over 13.5 would be docked. Took some in at 13.7 and got docked down to 13. On a side note, they will take up to 16 now.
Are you talking moisture and damage?
What is getting measured for the 15% rejection but then taking anything up to 16%?
