What caused this in my orchard grass and timothy hay field? Ok here goes the specifics, it's an 8 to 10 year old stand. It's on a gentle slope, standing water is not an issue. It was limed last fall. It's had urea put on twice this spring. It's still green next to adjacent fields. The same batch of fertilizer was applied to another field and it's fine. But we've had the wettest summer ever. Schools in the area have been closed due to mold issues.
