Texas/New Mexico Stateline

Click "upload files or pictures ".
Click blue "upload file" button.
Click "documents" .
Click "images".
Click folder the picture you want is in.
Click on picture.
WAIT until picture appears before clicking you are done.
Click "I'm done uploading".
