Texas | 5 Medium Size Yellow Squash
4 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 tsp. Salt
2 tsp. Sugar
Preheat oven to 375F.
Grease a baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Wash the yellow squash and then cut them into 1/8 in. or thinner slices.
Place sliced squash in rows on baking dish overlapping slices.
Drizzle olive oil over sliced squash, and sprinkle with salt and sugar.
Bake on the middle oven rack for 40 minutes.
Enjoy!
