Yeah, that cable should definitely work. The only adjustment is to make sure that the SCS console is set to SP-2 for radar speed and plugging it in. I think that either 785 or 812 are good starting speed cal values on the 460 for getting speed from a Cruizer II. Are you seeing no speed at all?
Try using 785 and SP-2, even if wrong this should get some speed indication on the 460. Then refine the value. If you want the speed on the 460 to show faster, enter a larger speed cal number. Adjust by trial & error to get it fine tuned. If 785 doesn't produce a speed then something else is wrong and a different number won't help.
If you get speed but it is about 100 times faster than it should be you are set to SP-1. Change to SP-2 and proceed with the fine tuning. |
