With RTK correction stream you are not interested of old data. So flow control off is the way to go.
Flow control on a data stream is to ensure that all the data gets from transmitter to receiver (=for example a text file, spreadsheet or or picture).
But RTK correction stream gives you a fresh new message every 1 second .
I have also found it a bit tricky to learn to pair the blue-tooth devices. Takes reboots and such sometimes,,,
