NW Ohio | I have been trouble shooting a similar issue but, we are using FMX+ App and yield monitor. I have tried version 4.0 thru 5.51 with the same issue. I am not sure that will correct your issue. If your monitor had anything prior to version 4, a dealer has to do that downgrade. They have to get the files from Trimble Support to do so. Version 4 had a major change to the Android operating system.
Support had me do a factory reset and still have the issue. When it loses GPS, it also has a CAN issue. After the GPS warning I get 3 CAN warnings from the sensors on the JD 9770 combine.
I have tried a known working Ag25 and cable.
I will try the gray cable going from the TM200 to the monitor today. Not sure this will correct it as it has been permanently installed in the combine with no pinch points.
BTW, have a new TM200 coming tomorrow to try as well.
