n.c.iowa | We ran a smarttrax md for three or four years, we ran it in a couple different tractors and a combine, the tractors it worked pretty good, one was a articulate, the other a conventional mfd. the combine not so much, but to be fair there wasn’t really a calibration for the combine at the time.
Last year I ended trading tractors, similar models, just newer. The newer one came auto steer ready so I sold the smartrax md for I didn’t need it anymore.
I wish I had my smarttrax md back.
The steering kit will have the necessary cables, the node is different than a regular smartrax.
