We had a 9770 2 wd and 1293 for 3 years and did not have ballast. Didn’t even consider it. Had 28L’s on the rear also.
We have a 9770 with 28 on the back and a 12-22 corn head with no fluid and if you are unloading
An a slope with the back end up a little it will come of the ground. Or combing down steep slopes the back will come off. So you are going to need some extra weight.
On another note if you don't have a head on the back is so heavy you can't steer if you are not moving. |
