| Our 8430 has done this the last few years when getting worked hard. We are like the other posters, blowing it out every other day at this point. We checked the fan and had the water pump replaced - Our JD mechanic said the water pump was a pretty common issue. It helped but didn't solve everything. We are now putting a new radiator in - hopefully that solves it....
Interesting that this problem is showing up in several tractors, they may be getting to that age. Overall it has been a great tractor until this issue started. | |
