What all bearings did you check?

Blower bearings go first and more often because they spin faster than the cutterhead bearings. Same for KP bearings, they spin even faster than the blower bearings.

There are also some idlers under the shields there on the main belt drive that aren’t lubed, so they should be checked.

Get yourself a heat gun and see what’s warming up the fastest when you get it going tomorrow.
