KY | Pretty difficult. Scaling the wagon won’t be cheap, and then you are tied to that wagon if you buy a truck or another wagon or bigger wagon... now you’re putting everything into that wagon to weigh and then augering into whatever else. A scale of some time is the only 99% accurate way.. but my grain cart is too old to scale without major modification (spindles, no shared axle), and I dump into a semi and two straight trucks sometimes, so a yield monitor was my only sensible option. Costs quite a bit of money for a new system though. | |
