North central North Dakota | coastalag - 9/18/2018 07:18 Command Center on the armrest is not lighting up all of the time. It lights up and then fades eventually to to the point you can’t see anything. Does anyone know of company that repairs these? Any leads would be appreciated.
Ag Express will work on them - depending on who you ask at the company. I had called due to problems with my display in the 9870. Person I talked to (don't remember which city I called) said not really, they could take apart but it would cost me and most likely they could not fix - basically told me just buy a new one from deere.
I was at Big Iron last week in West Fargo and talked to a rep at the booth. He had a different answer, I could have gotten it fixed for a lot less money and no reprogramming of display by JD mechanic (+$).
If you call Ag Express - be sure to check with other cities of their operation if you do not get a good answer. My Experience.
