Ive given up some wet farms, inherited ground with heirs who are clueless. Worried about fertilizer but the problem is wet tight soils but they wouldnt spend a dime on tile. You can fertilize until your broke but you cant farm through mud 7 years outta 10 and make it pencil out. Ask for some tile and oh jeez, we cant spend any money on an appreciating asset..makes no sense.
