He has 99 feedbacks and he did pay by check, although check number 112 has not cleared yet.
I got a fair price, but not as good as I have seen. Since he has paid, I will work with him a little, but sure not in any way that I would be liable if it didn't work out.
I did set a time for pickup at 30days, so I would think that after 30 days I could refund and cancel the sale.
